摘要
在大型水轮发电机磁轭冲片激光切割加工中,发现螺杆孔有凸点缺陷存在,本文介绍了在螺杆孔切割起始点处切割一个圆弧过渡小区域的方法,改善螺杆孔切割断面质量,从而提高磁轭叠片质量。
In laser cutting of lamination of rim of large hydro-generator,it is found that there are convex defects in screw holes.In this paper,a method of cutting a small circular transition area at the starting point for cutting screw hole is introduced to improve the cutting section quality of screw hole and thus improve the quality of rim lamination.
