激光三角法测量在电机磁力中心线连续监测与故障诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 基于激光三角法测量原理,提出了一种非接触式电机磁力中心线连续监测方法。相比于传统的磁中心直接测量方法,改进后的方法提升了测量精度和安全性,且可用于连续监测以辅助诊断电机轴向振动故障。 Based on the principle of laser triangulation,a non-contact measurement method is proposed used for continuously monitoring the electromotor’s magnetic center line.Compared with the traditional magnetic center line measurement method,the measurement accuracy and safety are improved.And,the improved method can be used in continuously monitoring which is assist in the fault diagnosis of electromotor’s axial vibration.
