Scientific management of oxytocin induction of labor is an important work in Obstetrics Department.Ac cording to the low success rate of oxytocin induced labor,the implementation of the cluster management mode,including establishing oxytocin induced labor quality control team,strengthening the training and examination on guide and skills to oxytocin induced labor,standardizing and optimizing oxytocin induced labor process,strengthening the medical cooperation,establishing oxytocin induced labor center,strengthening the construction of information,providing humanized service,etc.After implementation,the average duration of labor induced by oxytocin in pregnant women was shortened,the success rate of labor induced by oxytocin was increased,the incidence of maternal and infant complications was decreased,and the satisfaction of pregnant women was improved.Cluster management improved the success rate of oxyto cin induction labor on the basis of ensuring the safety of mother and child.
