河南省2021年新冠病毒Delta株感染患者中医证候特征分析

TCM Syndrome Characteristics Analysis of Patients Infected with COVID-19 Delta Strain in Henan Province in 2021

目的:分析河南省2021年177例新型冠状病毒(简称新冠病毒)Delta株感染患者的中医证候特征,为新冠病毒Delta株感染患者的中医辨证论治提供依据。方法:收集2021年7月31日至11月12日177例新冠病毒Delta株感染患者的一般资料和证候要素,采用因子分析和系统聚类的分析方法统计其证候要素频率、证候分布特点。结果:共收集46项证候要素,其中频率≥30%的证候要素为:润苔、厚腻苔、咳嗽、胖大舌、白苔、咳痰、齿痕舌、黄苔、乏力、纳呆、淡白舌、失眠。证候类型主要分为4类:湿遏肺卫证40例(22.6%),湿阻肺胃(脾)证59例(33.3%),湿毒郁肺证72例(40.7%),气阴两虚证6例(3.4%)。结论:河南省2021年新冠肺炎患者临床分型以轻型和普通型为主,中医证候以湿毒郁肺证为主,味嗅觉失灵、恶心呕吐、口鼻出血、全身酸痛、关节痛、裂纹舌、燥苔是该证型的证候要素。

Objective:To analyze the TCM syndrome characteristics of 177 patients with corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)Delta strain infection in Henan Province in 2021,and to provide a basis for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of patients with new coronavirus Delta strain infection.Methods:Collect the general data and syndrome elements of 177 patients infected with the new coronavirus Delta strain from July 31 to November 12,2021,and use factor analysis and systematic clustering to analyze the frequency of syndrome elements and syndrome distribution features.Results:A total of 46 syndrome elements were collected,of which the frequency≥30%were:moist coating,thick and greasy coating,cough,fat tongue,white coating,expectoration,tooth-marked tongue,yellow coating,fatigue,nausea Staying,pale tongue,insomnia.The syndrome types are mainly divided into 4 categories:40 cases(22.6%)of Dampness blocking Lung and Wei Qi syndrome,59 cases(33.3%)of Dampness blocking Lung and Stomach(Spleen)syndrome,72 cases(40.7%)of Dampness toxin stagnant Lung syndrome,Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome.There were 6 cases(3.4%)of two deficiency syndromes.Conclusion:The clinical classification of patients with COVID-19 in Henan Province in 2021 is mainly mild and common,and the TCM syndromes are mainly Dampness-toxin-stagnation Lung syndrome,loss of taste and smell,nausea and vomiting,nose and mouth bleeding,body aches,joint pain,cracked tongue fur and dry fur are the syndrome elements of this syndrome.
