中药治疗肠易激综合征的用药规律

Medication Rule of TCM Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome Based on Data Mining

目的:分析中药治疗肠易激综合征的用药规律。方法:以肠易激综合征为主题词,检索中国知网(2011年1月1日至2020年12月31日)相关期刊文献所记载的方剂,建立数据库,使用Excel 2019、SPSS统计软件对纳入的中药进行药物统计、关联规则分析和系统聚类分析。结果:纳入符合标准的期刊文献94篇,包括中药168味,频次共计1041次。使用频次≥5次的中药为44种,使用频次≥15次的中药为18种,其中以陈皮(68次,8.23%)最为常见;功效分类中以补虚药(355次,42.98%)为主;药性以温(403次,48.79%)、平(226次,27.36%)、寒(136次,16.46%)为主,药味以甘(458次,33.70%)、苦(410次,30.17%)、辛(366次,26.93%)为主;归经分类以脾、胃、肺、肝经居多。关联规则分析中发现关联强度最高的药对组合为6种,系统聚类分析中归为三大类。结论:治疗肠易激综合征的中药以补虚药物为主,理气药陈皮的使用频率最高,药物组成以痛泻要方等经典方剂为主。

Objective:To analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:With irritable bowel syndrome as the subject heading,the prescriptions recorded in relevant journals of CNKI(January 1,2011 to December 31,2020)were searched,and a database was established.The included traditional Chinese medicines were subjected to drug statistics,association rule analysis and systematic cluster analysis.RESULTS:Ninety-four journal articles that met the criteria were included,including 168 Chinese herbal medicines,with a total frequency of 1041 times.There are 44 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency≥5 times,and 18 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency≥15 times,among which Chenpi(tangerine peel)(68,8.23%)is the most common;in the efficacy classification,tonic drugs(355 times,42.98%)are the main ones The medicinal properties are mainly warm(403,48.79%),balanced(226,27.36%),and cold(136,16.46%),and the medicinal tastes are sweet(458,33.70%),bitter(410,30.17%),acrid(366,26.93%),and the Spleen,Stomach,Lung,and Liver meridians are mostly involved in drug′s meridian route.In association rule analysis,six drug pair combinations with the highest association strength were found,which were classified into three categories in systematic cluster analysis.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome is mainly composed of tonic drugs,the Qi regulating drug tangerine peel is the most frequently used,and the drug composition is mainly composed of classic prescriptions such as Tong Xie Yao Fang Prescription.
