百年视域下中国共产党领导纪检监察体制改革的历程及启示

On the Reform of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision System of the Communist Party of China:The Centenary Course and Enlightenments

建党伊始,中国共产党就深谙纪律对于一个组织体健康发展的重要性。一部波澜壮阔的百年史,同时也是中国共产党领导纪检监察体制改革的发展史。中国共产党领导纪检监察体制改革的历程大致经历了初步探索、体制建立、体制恢复、深化改革四个发展阶段。新时代的纪检监察工作必须毫不动摇坚持党对纪检监察工作的全面领导;积极推动中国的纪检监察体制走向法治化和制度化;不断探索纪检监察新渠道,持续深化纪检监察体制改革。

The Communist Party of China(CPC),from the founding in 1921,has been fully aware the importance of discipline for the development of an organization.The centenary history of the CPC is the history of the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system,roughly divided into four stages:preliminary exploration,system establishment,system recovery,and deepening reform.In the New Era,the discipline inspection and supervision work must achieve the following points:first,we should adhere to the Party’s overall leadership of discipline inspection and supervision work;second,we should actively promote China’s discipline inspection and supervision system to become legal and institutionalized;and third,we must constantly seek new avenues for reforming the system.
