耳穴压豆镇痛与药物镇痛在鼻内镜术后患者的镇痛效果观察

Clinical observation on analgesia of auricular acupoint pressing with bean and analgesic drugs in patients after nasal endoscopy

目的比较耳穴压豆和镇痛药及二者联合治疗对实施鼻内镜手术患者术后疼痛的疗效,从而为鼻内镜术后疼痛处理提供合理、有效方案。方法选择研究对象为2020年8月~2021年2月在江苏省苏北人民医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊就诊收治住院并行鼻内镜手术的150例患者,按随机分配原则,分为对照组(0.9%氯化钠500ml+地佐辛5mg静脉滴注治疗)、单纯耳穴压豆止痛组及耳穴压豆联合药物治疗组,每组50例。采用成人疼痛行为评估量表评价三组患者的术后不同时间点治疗前后的疼痛程度、Barthel指数评定表评价患者日常生活自理能力及副作用,并记录比较。结果耳穴压豆和镇痛药及二者联合使用均可有效缓解鼻内镜术后疼痛,联合运用耳穴压豆镇痛与药物镇痛并无协同加强镇痛作用。结论耳穴压豆镇痛可有效缓解鼻内镜手术术后疼痛。联合运用耳穴压豆镇痛与药物镇痛,虽有缓解疼痛,但并无协同加强镇痛作用。

Objective To compare the efficacy of auricular point pressure with bean and analgesic drugs and their combination in treating postoperative pain in patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery,so as to provide a reasonable and effective plan for postoperative pain management.Methods From August 2020 to February 2021,150 patients who were admitted to the otolaryngology outpatient department of Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital and underwent nasal endoscopic surgery were selected.The patients were divided into control group(0.9%sodium chloride 500ml+dezocine 5mg intravenous drip treatment),auricular point pressing analgesic group and auricular point pressing combined drug treatment group,50 cases in each group.The adult pain behavior assessment scale was used to evaluate the pain degree of patients in the three groups at different postoperative time points before and after treatment,and the Barthel index was used to evaluate the patients'self-care ability in daily life and side effects,and the comparison was recorded.Results Auricular acupoint analgesia and analgesics or their combination can effectively relieve the pain after nasal endoscopy,but the combination of auricular acupoint analgesia and drug did not enhance the analgesia synergistically.Conclusions Auricular acupoint pressing with bean can effectively relieve pain after nasal endoscopic surgery.Combined auricular acupoint analgesia and drug did not enhance analgesia synergistically.
