马克思经济哲学视域下构建开放型经济的思维方式探要

The Mode of Thinking in Building an Open Economy from the Perspective of Marx's Economic Philosophy

构建高水平开放型经济是我国新时代对外开放战略的升级和深化,对扩大经济领域的对外开放具有重要意义。进入新时代以来,国际与国内形势愈加复杂多变,以习近平同志为核心的党中央就建设更高水平开放型经济提出了许多新思想新要求,为开放型经济的发展提供了指导。从马克思经济哲学的角度来看,中国建设开放型经济的内在思维是马克思主义五种基本思维方式的灵活运用和实践,分别彰显了其价值维度、实践维度、创新维度和时空维度。这五种基本思维构成了我国构建开放型经济的内在理路,体现了中国共产党人在新时期创造性推进对外开放的显著“中国特色”。同时,也为解决世界经济复苏的难题,贡献了“中国方案”。

Building a high-level“open economy”is to upgrade and deepen the opening-up strategy in the new era in China,which has great significance for the promotion of the opening-up in the economic field.Entering into the new era,the international and domestic situations have become increasingly complex and changeable.The CPC Central Committee with Present Xi Jinping at the core has put forward many new ideas and requirements for how to build a higher-level open economy,providing a guide for the development of open economy.From the perspective of Marxist economic philosophy,the internal thinking of building an open economy is the flexible application and practice of the five basic ways of thinking of Marxism,which respectively highlight the dimensions of value,practice,innovation and time and space.Based on these five basic ways of thinking,the open economy in China embodies the remarkable Chinese characteristics.At the same time,it also contributed“China Solution”to solve problems in world economic recovery.
