摘要
目的分析性激素六项在不孕症诊断中的应用价值。方法随机抽取该院2018年7月—2020年9月接收的50例不孕症患者及50名健康体检者作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组行性激素六项检查,分析两组检查结果。结果对比两组性激素六项检查结果,观察组FSH(11.53±2.74)mIU/L,对照组为(8.41±1.35)mIU/L,观察组FSH、LH、PRL检测值均大于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(t=7.223、8.255、5.991,P=0.001、0.001、0.001)。但两组PROG、T、E2检测值差异无统计学意义(t=0.244、0.476、0.034,P=0.808、0.635、0.973)。对比观察组中原发性与继发性不孕症患者的性激素六项检查结果,原发性不孕症患者FSH(11.98±2.65)mIU/L,继发性不孕症患者为(10.05±2.11)mIU/L,原发性不孕症患者FSH、LH、PRL检测值均大于继发性不孕症患者,组间对比差异有统计学意义(t=2.860、2.382、2.031,P=0.006、0.021、0.048)。但原发性与继发性不孕症患者的PROG、T、E2检测值差异无统计学意义(t=0.163、0.216、0.093,P=0.871、0.830、0.926)。结论对不孕症患者实施性激素六项检测诊断,可对其病因病情进行更深入的分析,若为不孕症患者,其FSH、LH、PRL这3项检测值多较高,同时医师可根据其各项指标的具体检测结果,结合其他临床检测评估其具体病情,分析患者出现不孕症状的主要病因,为患者制订个性化的诊疗方案,使其能得到有针对性的治疗,为临床诊疗不孕症提供重要的参考依据。
Objective To analyze the application value of six sex hormones in the diagnosis of infertility.Methods Randomly selected 50 patients with infertility and 50 healthy subjects received by the hospital from July 2018 to September 2020 as the research objects,divided into observation group and control group underwent six sex hormone tests and analyzed the results of the two groups.Results Comparing the six test results of sex hormones in the two groups,the FSH in the observation group was(11.53±2.74)mIU/L,and the control group was(8.41±1.35)mIU/L.The detection values of FSH,LH and PRL in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=7.223,8.255,5.991,P=0.001,0.001,0.001).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the detection values of PROG,T and E2 between the two groups(t=0.244,0.476,0.034,P=0.808,0.635,0.973).Compared the six test results of sex hormones in patients with primary and secondary infertility in the observation group,the FSH in patients with primary infertility was(11.98±2.65)mIU/L,and that in patients with secondary infertility was(10.05±2.11)mIU/L,the detection values of FSH,LH,and PRL in primary infertility patients were higher than those in secondary infertility patients,and the difference between groups was statistically significant (t=2.860, 2.382, 2.031, P=0.006, 0.021, 0.048). However, there was no statistically significant difference in PROG, T, and E2 values between primary and secondary infertility patients (t=0.163, 0.216, 0.093, P=0.871, 0.830, 0.926). Conclusion The six detection and diagnosis of sex hormones in infertile patients can make a more in-depth analysis of their etiology and conditions. If they are infertile patients, the three detection values of FSH, LH and PRL are often higher. At the same time, doctors can evaluate the specific condition of the patient based on the specific test results of various indicators, combined with other clinical tests, analyze the main cause of the patient's infertility symptoms, and formulate a personalized diagnosis and treatment plan for the patient. It can get targeted treatment and provide an important reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
