舒肝解郁胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷治疗进展期银屑病的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Advanced Psoriasis

目的探讨对进展期银屑病患者采用舒肝解郁胶囊+复方甘草酸苷药物进行治疗后获得临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月门诊收治的74例进展期银屑病患者进行治疗研究,随机分为常规组(采用复方甘草酸苷片进行口服治疗)和研究组(采用舒肝解郁胶囊+复方甘草酸苷进行口服治疗),各37例。比较两组患者用药治疗效果、药物不良反应情况、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、多巴胺(DA)、血清中去甲肾上腺素(NE)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量。结果研究组用药总有效率(94.59%)高于常规组(72.97%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.365,P<0.05);治疗过程中,研究组、常规组均未表现出系列药物不良反应现象,治疗前后对患者实施肝肾功能及三大常规等系列实验室检查,未呈现出系列异常现象。治疗前,研究组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、DA、NE以及5-HT含量同常规组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、DA、NE及5-HT含量均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊+复方甘草酸苷药物有效应用后,可明显增强患者治疗效果,并且可保障治疗安全性,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,显著降低DA、NE及5-HT含量,显著提高进展期银屑病患者预后水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ShuganJieyu capsule+compound glycyrrhizin in patients with advanced psoriasis.Methods 74 outpatient patients with advanced psoriasis from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected for treatment research.Randomly divided into routine group(using compound glycyrrhizin tablet for oral treatment)and study group(using Shugan Jieyu capsule+compound glycyrrhizin for oral treatment),37 cases in each group.The drug treatment effect,adverse drug reaction,hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,dopamine(DA),serum norepinephrine(NE)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)content.Results The total effective rate of medication in the study group(94.59%)was higher than that in the routine group(72.97%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.365,P<0.05).During the treatment,neither the study group nor the routine group showed a series of adverse drug reactions.Before and after treatment,the patients were subjected to a series of laboratory tests such as liver and kidney function and three routine routines,and no series of abnormal phenomena appeared.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in HAMA score,HAMD score,DA,NE and 5-HT content between the study group and the routine group(P>0.05).After treatment, the HAMA score, HAMD score, DA, NE and 5-HT contents in the study group were lower than those in the routine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion After the effective application of Shugan Jieyu capsule + compound glycyrrhizin, the therapeutic effect of patients can be significantly enhanced. And it can guarantee the safety of treatment, relieve anxiety and depression of patients, significantly reduce the content of DA, NE and 5-HT, and promote the significant improvement of the prognosis of patients with advanced psoriasis.
