摘要
目的探究超声龈下刮治同步药物冲洗方法对牙周炎的疗效。方法纳入该院2020年6月—2021年6月该院就诊的120例牙周炎患者为研究对象,根据随机分组法分为研究组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予超声龈下刮治同步药物冲洗治疗,观察患者治疗有效率、指标检验情况、龈沟液细胞因子表达情况。结果研究组患者治疗有效率95.00%,优于对照组治疗有效率80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.171,P<0.05);研究组牙龈出血指数、探诊深度、菌斑指数、附着丧失度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.404、10.138、15.965、9.076,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周炎患者在进行疾病治疗过程中使用超声龈下刮治同时进行药物冲洗治疗,可以进一步改善患者牙周炎症,对于患者口腔卫生改善有积极意义。
Objective To explore the efficacy of ultrasonic subgingival scaling and simultaneous drug irrigation on periodontitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with periodontitis who visited the hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were included as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 60 cases in each.The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was given ultrasonic subgingival scaling and simultaneous drug flushing treatment,and the treatment efficiency,index test and cytokine expression in gingival crevicular fluid were observed.Results The treatment effective rate of the patients in the study group was 95.00%,which was better than that in the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.171,P<0.05).The gingival bleeding index,probing depth,plaque index,and attachment loss in the study group,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.404,10.138,15.965,9.076,P<0.05).After treatment,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with periodontitis,the use of ultrasonic subgingival scaling and drug irrigation in the process of disease treatment can further improve the periodontitis of patients.It has positive significance for the improvement of oral hygiene of patients.
