摘要
目的分析远程动态实时检测用于山区基础医院胸痛中心的作用。方法回顾性分析2020年7月—2021年5月收治的胸痛患者1000例进行研究,遵循随机分组原则,分为两组,每组500例。对照组接受传统动态实时检测,研究组接受远程动态实时检测,对比两组干预效果,包括监测情况以及急救时间、急诊救治成功率。结果研究组监测时间(24.34±1.51)h、急救时间(12.62±2.35)min、急诊救治率100.00%,优于对照组的(18.86±3.81)h、(22.35±4.20)mim、98.00%,差异有统计学意义(t=29.899、45.207,χ^(2)=10.101,P<0.05)。两组相比监测的时间、急救时间、急诊救治成功率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而两组总心搏次、平均心率、最快心率、最慢心率、室性心搏总数、室上性心搏总数、SDNN、SDANN、rMSSD、PNN50,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论现代信息技术内的远程监控应用,提高了胸痛中心服务效率,缩短急诊、急救时间,从而提高救治率。
Objective To analyze the effect of remote dynamic real-time detection in chest pain center of mountain basic hospital.Methods Retrospective analysis of 1000 patients with chest pain from July 2020 to May 2021.According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into two groups with 500 cases in each group.The control group received traditional dynamic real-time detection and the study group received remote dynamic real-time detection.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared,including monitoring,first aid time,emergency treatment success rate.Results The monitoring time(24.34±1.51)h,first aid time(12.62±2.35)min and emergency treatment rate of the study group were 100.00%,which were better than those of the control group(18.86±3.81)h,(22.35±4.20)min and 98.00%(t=29.899,45.207,χ^(2)=10.101,P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in monitoring time,first aid time and success rate of emergency treatment between the two grups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in total heart beats,average heart rate,fastest heart rate,slowest heart rate,total number of ventricular beats,total number of supraventricular beats,SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD and pNN50 between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The remote monitoring application in modern information technology improves the service efficiency of the chest pain center,shortens the emergency and emergency time,and thus improves the treatment rate.
