Narcotrend脑电意识深度监测在儿童镇静门诊中指导药物选择的效果评价

摘要 目的探讨Narcotrend脑电意识深度监测在儿童镇静门诊中指导药物选择的效果评价。方法依据数字随机法将2021年7月—2022年1月该院儿童镇静门诊收治的200例患儿分为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组采用Narcotrend脑电意识深度监测给药,对照组采用传统的体质量给药方式给药,比较两组镇静药物用量、麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间、不良事件发生率。结果观察组的麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间、右美托咪定用量和水合氯醛用量均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.511、29.464、5.827、7.358,P<0.05)。两组检查时间比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.207,P>0.05)。观察组出现1例腹泻、1例二次镇静,总不良发生率为2%;对照组出现4例腹泻、2例头痛、3例二次镇静,总不良发生率为9%,观察组的不良事件发生率更优,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.714,P<0.05)。结论Narcotrend脑电意识深度监测能减少儿童镇静的用药量,麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间,并降低不良事件发生率,可以应用于儿童镇静门诊的药物选择方面,并具有临床实际推广作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Narcotrend EEG depth monitoring in guiding drug selection in children's sedation clinics.Methods According to the digital random method,200 children admitted to the children's sedation clinic of the hospital from July 2021 to January 2022 were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 100 cases in each.The observation group was administered by Narcotrend EEG depth monitoring,and the control group was administered by the traditional way of body weight administration.The dosage of sedative drugs,anesthesia induction time,recovery time,and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The anesthesia induction time,recovery time,dosage of dexmedetomidine and dosage of chloral hydrate in the observation group were all less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.511,29.464,5.827,7.358,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the examination time between the two groups(t=0.207,P>0.05).In the observation group,1 case of diarrhea and 1 case of secondary sedation occurred,with a total adverse incidence rate of 2%.In the control group,4 cases of diarrhea,2 cases of headache,and 3 cases of secondary sedation occurred,with a total adverse incidence rate of 9%,the incidence of adverse events of the observation group were better,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.714,P<0.05).Conclusion Narcotrend EEG depth monitoring can reduce the dosage of sedation,the time of anesthesia in duction,recovery time,and the incidence of adverse events in children.It can be applied to drug selection in children's sedation clinics,and has a clinical role in practical promotion.
