中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床价值

Clinical Value of Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的在对冠心病心绞痛患者开展临床治疗的全过程中,分析应用中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床价值。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月医院收治的300例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成两组,每组150例。对照组采用西医方法开展临床治疗,观察组采用中西医结合方法开展临床治疗,分析两组患者临床治疗后冠心病、心绞痛发病频率,持续时间,并统计治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后,冠心病、心绞痛发病频率(0.96±0.52)次,总持续时间(3.62±1.33)min小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.145、17.255,P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率98.66%,明显高于对照组的81.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=25.037,P<0.001)。结论采用内科临床治疗的方法治疗冠心病、心绞痛患者的过程中,应用中西医的临床治疗方式可以减少患者冠心病、心绞痛的发病频率,缩短发病时间,缓解患者痛楚,从而提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris in the whole process of clinical treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods A total of 300 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris who were inclued in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The frequency and duration of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris after clinical treatment in the two groups of patients were analyzed,and the treatment effect was calculated.Results After treatment,the frequency of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in the observation group was(0.96±0.52)times and the duration(3.62±1.33)min was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.145,17.255,P<0.001).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.66%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,81.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=25.037,P<0.001).Conclusion In the whole process of using the method of medical clinical treatment to treat patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,the application of clinical treatment methods of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can reduce the incidence frequency of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,shorten the onset time,and relieve the pain of patients,thereby improving the therapeutic effect.
