尿常规检测在甲亢患者中的应用价值研究分析

摘要 目的分析并研究在甲亢患者中应用尿常规检测的价值。方法选择2019年4月—2021年3月该院诊治的60例甲亢患者(甲亢组)和60名健康体检者(健康组)展开研究,两组均接受尿常规检测,对比组间尿密度、pH值及尿常规检测结果。结果甲亢组患者pH值(5.92±0.75)较健康组(6.55±0.80)明显更低,而尿密度值(1.03±0.02)g/cm较健康组(1.01±0.03)g/cm更高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.450、4.296,P<0.001);甲亢组尿常规检验指标中尿蛋白阳性率(23.33%)、尿酮体阳性率(21.67%)、尿胆红素阳性率(10.00%)、尿糖阳性率(11.67%)均较健康组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.876、14.579、4.386、5.461,P<0.05)。结论在甲亢患者中应用尿常规检测对甲亢有着较高的辅助诊断价值,尤其是对其中尿蛋白指标和尿糖指标的检验,在诊断甲亢方面更具检测意义。 Objective To analyze and study the value of urine routine test in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods From April 2019 to March 2021,60 patients with hyperthyroidism(hyperthyroidism group)and 60 healthy people(healthy group)were selected for the study,and both groups received routine urine tests.Urine density,pH value and routine urine test results were compared between groups.Results The pH value of hyperthyroidism group(5.92±0.75)was significantly lower than that of healthy group(6.55±0.80),and the urine density value(1.03±0.02)g/cm was higher than that of healthy group(1.01±0.03)g/cm,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.450,4.296,P<0.001).In the hyperthyroidism group,the positive rate of urine protein(23.33%),the positive rate of urinary ketone body(21.67%),the positive rate of urinary bilirubin(10.00%),and the positive rate of urine sugar(11.67%)in the hyperthyroidism group were significantly higher than the healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.876,14.579,4.386,5.461,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of routine urine test in patients with hyperthyroidism has a high auxiliary diagnostic value for hyperthyroidism,especially the test of urine protein index and urine glucose index.It is more useful in the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism.
