葛酮通络胶囊联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Gedongtongluo Capsule Combined with Butylphthalide in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨丁苯酞氯化钠注射液与葛酮通络胶囊联合应用于急性脑梗死治疗中的临床疗效及对相关指标产生的影响。方法选取该院于2018年6月—2020年6月内收治的急性脑梗死患者120例为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为参照组(n=60,采取单纯静脉滴注丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗)和观察组(n=60,实施葛酮通络胶囊联合丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗干预)。对两组患者治疗后的脑血流动力学指标、总有效率,治疗前后的mRS评分、MoCA评分、NIHSS量表评分情况进行总结和分析对比。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于参照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.988,P<0.05)。治疗后两组mRS评分,MoCA评分及NIHSS评分比较,观察组均明显优于参照组;治疗后观察组患者的脑血流动力学与参照组相比均明显较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑梗死临床治疗中使用葛酮通络胶囊与丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合的方式能促进脑血流动力学指标和神经功能恢复改善,患者的认知能力和日常活动能力得到显著提高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection combined with Gedongtongluo capsule in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on related indicators.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the reference group(n=60,treated by intravenous infusion of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection)and the observation group(n=60,given Gedongtongluo capsule combined with butylphthalide and sodium chloride)injection therapy intervention).The cerebral hemodynamic indexes,total effective rate,mRS score,MoCA score and NIHSS score before and after treatment in the two groups of patients were summarized,analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%higher than that of the reference group 81.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.988,P<0.05).After treatment,the mRS score,MoCA score and NIHSS score of the two groups were compared,and the observation group was significantly better than the reference group;after treatment,the cerebral hemodynamics of the observation group was significantly better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Gedongtongluo Capsules and Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection in the clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction can promote the recovery of cerebral hemodynamic indexes and neurological function,improve the cognitive ability and daily activities of patients.
