乳果糖灌肠联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Lactulose Enema Combined with Somatostatin in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的研究乳果糖灌肠联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法选择该院2018年1月—2020年1月收治的80例急性胰腺炎患者作为该次研究对象,按照随机数表法分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用生长抑素治疗,观察组在此基础上,联合乳果糖灌肠治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.5%)高于对照组(77.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05);观察组白细胞计数、血淀粉酶、C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-1水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组D-乳酸、降钙素原均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性胰腺炎患者通过乳果糖灌肠联合生长抑素进行治疗,能够有效提升临床疗效,改善炎症因子水平及肠黏膜功能。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of lactulose enema combined with somatostatin in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods 80 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 patients in each group.The control group were treated with somatostatin,and the observation group were treated with lactulose enema on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate(97.5%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(77.5%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05).The white blood cell count,blood amylase,C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-1 levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The D-lactic acid and procalcitonin in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis by lactulose enema combined with somatostatin can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the level of inflammatory factors and intestinal mucosal function.
