分析老年冠心病慢性心衰合并高同型半胱氨酸血症患者接受叶酸联合维生素B_(12)治疗的效果

Analysis on the Effect of Folic Acid Combined with Vitamin B_(12) in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Chronic Heart Failure Combined with Hyperhomocysteinemia

目的分析叶酸联合维生素B_(12)治疗老年冠心病慢性心衰(CHF)并高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)的效果。方法选取2020年6月—2021年5月收治的80例老年冠心病CHF合并HHcy患者为研究对象,以治疗方法不同分组,每组40例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组并加用叶酸、维生素B_(12)治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率(97.5%)高于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P=0.034);观察组治疗后的Hcy水平相比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)低于对照组,左室射血分数(LEVF)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.505,P=0.034)。结论老年冠心病CHF并HHcy以常规治疗联合叶酸及维生素B_(12)治疗,对Hcy水平、疾病症状及心功能改善效果好,在老年患者中用药安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effect of folic acid combined with vitamin B_(12) in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease with chronic heart failure(CHF)and hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy).Methods 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease CHF and HHcy from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were grouped by different treatment methods,40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group was additionally treated with folic acid and vitamin B_(12),and the therapeutic effects of the two group were compared.Results The effective rate(97.5%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P=0.034).The Hcy level in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LEVF)level was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.505,P=0.034).Conclusion In elderly patients with CHF and HHcy,conventional treatment combined with folic acid and vitamin B_(12) has a good effect on improving Hcy level,disease symptoms and cardiac function,and the drug is safe in elderly patients.
