摘要
目的分析他汀类药物治疗冠心病合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取该院2020年1月—2021年8月收治的冠心病合并糖尿病患者116例,按照平均分配的方式将其分为观察组(58例)和对照组(58例),对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用他汀类药物治疗。比较两组患者服药前后血糖、血脂、不良反应。结果服药后,观察组FPG、TG、TC、LDL-C低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.109、7.136、8.078、8.078、8.975,P<0.05);观察组发生急性心肌梗死1例,死亡1例,复发冠心病1例,不良反应发生率为5.2%(3/58),对照组发生急性心肌梗死3例,死亡3例,复发冠心病4例,不良反应发生率为17.2%(10/58),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.245,P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并糖尿病患者行他汀类药物治疗效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of statins in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 116 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes who were treated in the hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected,and the patients were divided into an observation group(58 cases)and a control group(58 cases)according to they distribution.The observation group was treated with statins on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose,blood lipids,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients before and after taking the drug.Results After taking the drug,the FPG,TG,TC,LDL-C of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the HDL-C was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.109,7.136,8.078,8.078,8.975,P<0.05).There were 1 case of acute myocardial infarction,1 case of death,and 1 case of recurrent coronary heart disease,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.2%(3/58),in the control group,there were 3 cases of acute myocardial infarction,3 cases of death,and 4 cases of recurrent coronary heart disease,the incidence of adverse reactions was 17.2%(10/58),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.245,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of statin therapy for patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus is obvious.
