苏子降气汤加减治疗急性加重期慢阻肺的效果探讨

Effect of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探究急性加重期慢阻肺患者行苏子降气汤加减治疗的可行性。方法随机将2020年4月—2021年4月该院62例急性加重期慢阻肺患者分为研究组(31例,应用苏子降气汤加减治疗)和对照组(31例,应用西药治疗)。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后各项生命体征指标变化、血气指标、炎症指标变化。结果研究组总有效率(96.77%)高于对照组(70.97%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.630,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组体温(36.22±0.31)℃、心率(85.89±10.06)次/min、呼吸(22.22±1.65)次/min,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组pH(7.39±0.02)、PaCO2(48.15±11.32)mmHg、PaO2(63.48±11.32)mmHg、WBC(7.48±4.65)×109、CRP(2.69±1.24)mg/L与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗急性加重期慢阻肺患者的过程中,积极开展苏子降气汤加减治疗有利于其生命体征、炎症指标、血气指标的改善,值得推广。

Objective To explore the feasibility of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 62 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD in the hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into a study group(31 cases,treated with Suzi Jiangqi Decoction)and a control group(31 cases,treated with western medicine).The treatment effect,changes of various vital signs,blood gas indexes and inflammatory indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(96.77%)was higher than that of the control group(70.97%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.630,P<0.05).After treatment,body temperature(36.22±0.31)℃,heart rate(85.89±10.06)times/min,and respiration(22.22±1.65)times/min in the study group were compared with those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,pH(7.39±0.02),PaCO2(48.15±11.32)mmHg,PaO2(63.48±11.32)mmHg,WBC(7.48±4.65)×109,CRP(2.69±1.24)mg/L in the study group were compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of patients with COPD in acute exacerbation,active application of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction therapy is beneficial to the improvement of their vital signs,inflammatory indexes and blood gas indexes,which is worthy of promotion.
