摘要
目的分析前置胎盘伴胎盘植入患者实施子宫下段-子宫颈压迫缝合术的术中止血效果。方法选取2019年9月—2021年6月该院诊治的68例前置胎盘伴胎盘植入患者展开研究,用随机抽签法将其分为两组,各34例。参考组给予传统压迫缝合法缝合,研究组给予子宫下段-子宫颈压迫缝合术,比较两组术中失血量、子宫切除率及术中输血率。结果研究组术中失血量(925.67±10.84)mL和术后24 h失血量(201.15±3.24)mL均较参考组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=114.828、128.219,P<0.001);研究组子宫切除率为5.88%及术中输血率为5.88%均明显低于参考组的23.53%、26.47%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.220、5.314,P<0.05)。结论子宫下段-子宫颈压迫缝合术能有效减少前置胎盘伴胎盘植入患者术中失血量,减少术中输血率及子宫切除率。
Objective To analyze the intraoperative hemostatic effect of lower uterine segment-cervix compression suture in patients with placenta previa and placenta accreta.Methods A study was conducted on 68 patients with placenta previa with placenta accreta who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from September 2019 to June 2021.They were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in each group.The reference group was given traditional compression suture,and the study group was given lower uterine segment-cervix compression suture.The intraoperative blood loss,hysterectomy rate and intraoperative blood transfusion rate were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss(925.67±10.84)mL and the postoperative 24 h blood loss(201.15±3.24)mL of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=114.828,128.219,P<0.001).The hysterectomy rate 5.88%and intraoperative blood transfusion rate 5.88%in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group 23.53%was 26.47%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.220,5.314,P<0.05).Conclusion Lower uterine segment-cervical compression suture can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative blood transfusion rate and hysterectomy rate in patients with placenta previa and placenta accreta.
