早期先兆流产患者孕酮、HCG检测的临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Progesterone and HCG Detection in Patients with Early Threatened Abortion

目的探究早期先兆流产患者孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)检测的临床价值。方法选取该院2020年8月—2021年10月收治的早期妊娠先兆流产的孕妇220例为研究对象,以HCG水平的倍增情况将孕妇分为倍增良好组(n=162)和倍增不良组(n=58);以孕酮水平的高低将孕妇重新分为孕1组(n=74)、孕2组(n=79)、孕3组(n=67)。比较孕妇体内的孕酮、HCG水平变化与妊娠成功率之间的关系。结果HCG倍增良好组妊娠成功率为66.67%,高于HCG倍增不良组的3.45%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=68.276,P<0.05);随着孕酮水平的升高,妊娠成功率显著升高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.807,P<0.05);HCG倍增良好时,随着孕酮水平的升高,妊娠成功率也升高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=25.974,P<0.05)。结论孕酮、HCG水平与早期先兆性流产孕妇妊娠结局成正相关,孕酮水平稳定,HCG倍增良好,妊娠成功率更高。

Objective To explore the clinical value of progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)detection in patients with early threatened abortion.Methods 220 pregnant women with threatened abortion in early pregnancy admitted to the hospital from August 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects.Pregnant women were divided into good doubling group(n=162)and poor doubling group(n=58)according to the doubling of HCG level;pregnant women were re-divided into pregnancy group 1(n=74),pregnancy group 2(n=79)and pregnancy group 3(n=67)according to the level of progesterone.The relationship between the changes of progesterone and HCG levels in pregnant women and the pregnancy success rate was compared.Results The pregnancy success rate in the HCG doubling group was 66.67%,which was higher than that in the HCG doubling poor group(3.45%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=68.276,P<0.05).With the increase of progesterone level,the pregnancy success rate increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=21.807,P<0.05).When the HCG doubling was good,with the increase of progesterone level,the pregnancy success rate also increased,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=25.974,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of progesterone and HCG are positively correlated with the pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women with early threatened abortion.The level of progesterone is stable,the doubling of HCG is good,and the pregnancy success rate is higher.
