一次性根管治疗对急性牙髓炎患者疗效及炎性因子水平表达的影响

Effect of One-time Root Canal Therapy on Curative Effect and Expression of Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Acute Pulpitis

目的探究一次性根管治疗对急性牙髓炎患者疗效及炎性因子水平表达的影响。方法选取该院2020年1月—2021年1月78例急性牙髓炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各39例。给予对照组多次根管治疗,研究组则展开一次性根管治疗,对比两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平表达与咀嚼功能、并发症发生率。结果治疗后,研究组临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL-6)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的炎性因子水平改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组出血指数、牙龈指数、咀嚼效率与咬合力的咀嚼功能改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的牙龈肿胀、咬合不适以及疼痛和感染等并发症发生率5.12%低于对照组的23.07%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.185,P<0.05)。结论对急性牙髓炎患者实施一次性根管治疗有良好疗效,可进一步改善炎性因子水平表达。

Objective To investigate the effect of one-time root canal therapy on the curative effect and the expression of inflammatory factors in patients with acute pulpitis.Methods Selected 78 patients with acute pulpitis in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,39 cases in each.The control group was given multiple root canal treatments,while the study group was given one-time root canal treatment.The clinical efficacy,expression of inflammatory factor levels,masticatory function,and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of inflammatory factor levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin(IL-6)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the study group were better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of bleeding index,gingival index,masticatory efficiency and occlusal force in the study group were better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of gingival swelling,occlusal discomfort,pain and infection in the study group was 5.12%lower than that in the control group 23.07%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.185,P<0.05).Conclusion One-time root canal therapy for acute pulpitis patient has a good effect,which can further improve the expression of inflammatory factors.
