双歧杆菌活菌与蒙脱石散联合在小儿腹泻治疗中的药学分析

Pharmacological Analysis of the Combination of Bifidobacterium Viable Bacteria and Montmorillonite Powder in the Treatment of Infantile Diarrhea

目的分析评估于小儿腹泻治疗期间联合应用双歧杆菌活菌、蒙脱石散所取得的效果。方法从该院2019年1月—2021年8月收治的小儿腹泻患儿中筛选80例作为研究对象,遵照方便抽样法将所选患儿划分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例)。对照组单独应用蒙脱石散,观察组联合应用双歧杆菌活菌、蒙脱石散,对比评估两组患儿治疗效果。结果观察组临床症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿免疫功能等相关指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组免疫功能指标数值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿机体炎症因子水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患儿机体炎症因子指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、观察组用药后不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿腹泻治疗期间联合应用双歧杆菌活菌、蒙脱石散可有效改善患儿临床症状,有利于降低机体炎症因子水平、改善胃肠功能,可借鉴。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of combined use of live bifidobacteria and montmorillonite powder during the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods From January 2019 to August 2021,80 children with diarrhea were selected as the research objects,and the selected children were divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to the convenience sampling method,the control group was given montmorillonite powder alone,and the observation group was given a combination of Bifidobacterium viable bacteria and montmorillonite powder,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and evaluated.Results The time of clinical symptoms disappeared in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in immune function and other related indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the immune function indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,there was significant difference in the indexes of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined application of Bifidobacterium viable bacteria and montmorillonite powder during the treatment of children's diarrhea can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children.It is beneficial to reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body and improve gastrointestinal function,which can be used for reference.
