补阳还五汤联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死患者的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探究补阳还五汤联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法自该院2019年4月—2021年4月期间纳入62例脑梗死患者开展研究,随机抽签法分为对照组(n=31例)、观察组(n=31例),均进行常规对症治疗。对照组在此基础上辅以阿司匹林口服,观察组在此基础上联合口服阿司匹林、补阳还五汤,为期1个月,对比两组临床效果,包括临床疗效、血液流变学指标变化、中医症候积分及用药安全性。结果用药1个月后,①临床疗效方面:观察组总有效率93.55%较对照组74.19%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.292,P<0.05);②血流变学变化(全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度)方面:观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③中医症候积分方面:观察组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④用药安全方面:两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.185,P>0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者予以补阳还五汤联合阿司匹林口服,疗效确切,且安全可靠,有助于改善病情,缓解症状体征,值得优选。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods From April 2019 to April 2021 in the hospital,62 patients with cerebral infarction were included in the study.They were divided into control group(n=31 cases)and observation group(n=31 cases)by random drawing.All patients received routine symptomatic treatment,the control group was supplemented with oral aspirin on this basis,and the observation group was combined with oral aspirin and Buyang Huanwu Decoction on this basis for 1 month.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,including clinical efficacy,hemorheology index changes,TCM symptom scores and medication safety.Results After 1 month of treatment,1.Clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%higher than that of the control group 74.19%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.292,P<0.05).2.In terms of rheological changes(whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and plasma viscosity):the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In terms of TCM symptom score:the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In terms of medication safety:there was no statistically significant difference in occurrence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.185,P>0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with aspirin orally is effective,safe and reliable for patients with cerebral infarction.It helps to improve the condition and relieve symptoms and signs,which is worthy of preference.
