地特胰岛素结合二甲双胍治疗老年新发2型糖尿病患者的药学分析

Pharmacological Analysis of Insulin Detemir Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with New-onset Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的 分析地特胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗老年新发2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法 筛选该院于2019年1月—2021年12月收治的80例老年新发2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象展开分析,依据用药方案差异将纳入对象分组,每组40例。对比组给予二甲双胍,研究组给予地特胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组治疗效果、血糖指标、胰岛功能指标、血脂指标以及氧化应激指标和不良反应发生率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率95.00%明显较对比组77.50%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平均较对比组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组FC-P、2 hC-P、HOMA-β水平均较对比组更高,HOMA-IR水平较对比组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组TC、TG、LDC-C均较对比组更低,HDL-C较对比组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组MDA水平较对比组更低,SOD、GSH-Px水平较对比组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用地特胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗老年新发2型糖尿病,可取得理想效果,对血糖指标、胰岛功能指标、血脂指标及氧化应激指标改善作用显著,且安全性可靠。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of insulin detemir combined with metformin in the treatment of elderly patients with new-onset type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and analyzed.The subjects were divided into groups according to the difference in medication regimens,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,the study group was treated with insulin detemir combined with metformin.The therapeutic effect,blood glucose index,islet function index,blood lipid index,oxidative stress index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of FC-P,2 hC-P,and HOMA-β in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of HOMA-IR was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);TC,TG and LDCC in the study group were lower than that in the control group,and HDL-C was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the level of MDA in the study group was lower,and the levels of SOD and GSH-Px were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of insulin detemir combined with metformin in the treatment of new-onset type 2 diabetes in the elderly can achieve ideal results,and it can significantly improve blood glucose indexes,pancreatic islet function indexes,blood lipid indexes and oxidative stress indexes,and the safety is reliable.
