黄连温胆汤治疗湿热蕴结型2型糖尿病临床疗效探讨

Clinical Effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Accumulation of Damp-heat

目的 探讨黄连温胆汤治疗湿热蕴结型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 选择2020年1月—2021年6月该院收治的76例2型糖尿病(湿热内蕴型)患者,随机分为双胍组(38例)和黄连温胆组(38例)。双胍组采用降糖药物+饮食控制+运动疗法治疗,黄连温胆组在双胍组基础上增加黄连温胆汤治疗,观察两组血糖、血脂及胰岛素指标变化,并监测两组中医疗效及不良反应。结果 黄连温胆组总有效率为97.37%,显著优于双胍组的76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 黄连温胆汤可有效改善患者血糖控制效果和胰岛素抵抗状态,并可提升患者疗效,治疗湿热蕴结型2型糖尿病疗效可靠,且安全性较高,值得推广借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with accumulation of damp-heat.Methods A total of 76 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(damp-heat intrinsic type) who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into biguanide group(38 cases) and Huanglian Wendan group(38 cases).The biguanide group was treated with hypoglycemic drugs + diet control + exercise therapy,while the Huanglian Wendan decoction was added to the Huanglian Wendan group on the basis of the biguanide group.The changes of blood glucose,blood lipids and insulin indexes in the two groups were observed,and the efficacy and adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine were monitored in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the Huanglian Wendan group was 97.37%,which was significantly better than 76.32% in the biguanide group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Wendan Decoction can effectively improve the blood sugar control effect and insulin resistance state of patients,and can improve the curative effect of patients.
