舒适护理对老年髋关节置换术伴糖尿病患者的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Elderly Patients with Hip Replacement and Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨舒适护理对老年髋关节置换术伴糖尿病患者的护理效果。方法将该院骨科于2019年4月—2021年6月收治的84例老年髋关节置换术伴糖尿病患者纳入该研究中,以双盲法随机分组,每组42例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施舒适护理。比较两组患者护理前后血糖指标、围术期并发症发生率以及护理后两组生活质量评分。结果 两组患者干预前各项血糖指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患者干预后空腹血糖(7.63±0.67)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(10.92±0.58)mmol/L以及糖化血红蛋白指标(6.09±0.51)%明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者干预后社会功能(88.61±2.64)分、躯体健康(90.61±3.15)分、心理能力(93.02±2.17)分、物质生活(89.62±2.81)分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者围术期并发症发生率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将舒适护理应用于老年髋关节置换术伴糖尿病的护理中能够更有效的控制患者血糖水平,提高患者生活质量,能够减少围术期并发症的发生,值得应用。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of comfortable nursing on elderly patients with hip replacement and diabetes.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with hip replacement and diabetes admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to June 2021 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the double-blind method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received comfortable nursing.The blood glucose indexes,incidence of perioperative complications and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),after intervention,the fasting blood glucose(7.63 ±0.67) mmol/L,postprandial 2 h blood glucose(10.92 ±0.58) mmol/L and glycosylated hemoglobin index(6.09±0.51) % in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of social function(88.61±2.64) points,physical health(90.61±3.15),psychological ability(93.02±2.17) points and material life(89.62±2.81)points in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of perioperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with hip replacement with diabetes can more effectively control the blood glucose level of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.It can reduce the occurrence of perioperative complications and is worthy of application.
