医护一体化护理模式对糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的护理干预效果

Nursing Intervention Effect of Medical-nursing Integrated Nursing Mode on Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Cerebral Infarction

目的 探究运用医护一体化护理模式对糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的干预效果。方法 选取2019年3月—2021年3月100例糖尿病合并脑梗死患者,分为两组,每组50例。对照组开展常规护理,研究组开展医护一体化护理干预,对比分析不同护理方法对患者恢复效果的影响情况。结果 护理前,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、日常生活能力评分、神经功能评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者以上指标分别为(6.51±2.11)mmol/L、(9.10±1.39)mmol/L、(82.34±10.66)分、(4.65±0.66)分,与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(t=4.476、3.025、3.914、13.698,P<0.05)。两组患者的护理满意度对比(96.00%vs 84.00%),研究组的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病合并脑梗死患者实施医护一体化护理模式干预,有利于患者身体恢复、血糖下降,患者的自我护理能力、护理满意度均有效提高,可取得理想的干预效果,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of the integrated nursing model of medical care in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods 100 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction from March 2019 to March 2021 were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given medical and integrated nursing intervention.The effect of different nursing methods on the recovery of patients was compared and analyzed.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,daily living ability score and neurological function score between the two groups( P>0.05).After nursing,the above indexes of patients in the study group which were(6.51±2.11) mmol/L,(9.10±1.39) mmol/L,(82.34±10.66) points and(4.65±0.66) points compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.476,3.025,3.914,13.698,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared(96.00 % vs 84.00 %),and the satisfaction of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the medical-nursing integrated nursing mode intervention for patients with diabetes and cerebral infarction is beneficial to the recovery of the patient’s body,the decrease of blood glucose,and the patient’s selfcare ability and nursing satisfaction improves effectively.It has achieved ideal intervention effects and has high clinical application value.
