分阶段转变护理对糖尿病肾病透析患者液体摄入依从性的影响

Influence of Staged Nursing Change on Fluid Intake Compliance in Diabetic Nephropathy Dialysis Patients

目的 评估糖尿病肾病透析患者应用分阶段转变护理对于改善患者液体摄入依从性的作用。方法 选择该院在2020年9月—2021年9月期间接诊的78例糖尿病肾病透析患者,根据随机数表法进行分组,参照组与研究组均39例,接受常规护理的一组为参照组,接受分阶段转变护理的一组为研究组,将两组糖尿病肾病透析患者的护理效果进行比较。结果 研究组液体摄入依从性(97.44%)高于参照组(79.49%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.522,P<0.05)。研究组HAMA评分、HAMD评分低于参照组,GCQ评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病肾病透析患者应用分阶段转变护理的效果突出,有利于改善患者的液体摄入依从性,纠正患者的不良情绪,提升患者的舒适度,值得在临床中予以推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of phased transition nursing on improving fluid intake compliance in diabetic nephropathy dialysis patients.Methods Seventy-eight diabetic nephropathy dialysis patients admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,there were 39 cases in both the reference group and the study group.The nursing effects of the two groups of diabetic nephropathy dialysis patients were compared.Results The compliance of fluid intake in the study group(97.44%) was higher than that in the reference group(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.522,P<0.05).The HAMA score and HAMD score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,while the GCQ score of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Dialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy applying phased transition nursing has outstanding effect,which is beneficial to improve the patient’s compliance with fluid intake,correct the patient’s negative emotions,and improve the patient’s comfort.It is worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
