摘要
针对ER70S-6热轧盘条抗拉强度偏高以及拉拔断裂问题,研究ER70S-6热轧盘条拉拔性能影响因素和产品生产控制机理,在化学成分、组织、氧化铁皮厚度控制分析及对标的基础上,通过窄成分设计与精准控制、吐丝温度与辊道速度匹配优化,实现盘条抗拉强度的改善与拉拔性能的提升。
Aiming at the problems of high tensile strength and drawing fracture of ER70S-6 hot-rolled wire rod, the factors influencing the drawing property of ER70S-6 hot-rolled wire rod and the production control mechanism are studied, based on the analysis of chemical composition, microstructure, thickness control of iron oxide scale and calibration, through the narrow composition design and precise control, and the matching optimization of spinning temperature and roller speed, the tensile strength and drawing performance of wire rod are improved.
