摘要
通过宏观、成分、气体、硬度、断口、晶粒度、金相组织等理化性能检测分析,结合生产过程查证,研究了轴承钢等离子下料断面不齐的问题。研究表明轴承钢在等离子下料断面不齐为矫直应力造成。通过采取减轻内应力、控制钢材弯曲度、钢材不矫直、带温矫直或矫直后去应力处理的措施,可有效解决等离子下料断面不齐问题。
Through the detection and analysis of physical and chemical properties such as macro, composition,gas, hardness, fracture, grain size, and metallographic structure, combined with the verification of the production process, the problem of uneven sections of plasma cutting of bearing steel was studied. The research shows that the uneven section of the bearing steel of plasma cutting is caused by the straightening stress. By means of reducing the internal stress, controlling the bending of the steel, no straightening, straightening with temperature or stress-relieving after straightening, the problem of uneven section of plasma cutting can be effectively solved.
