前驱动桥性能试验台测控系统的研究

摘要 介绍了拖拉机前驱动桥性能试验台测控系统在试验中的应用,研究分析了全交流变频驱动与加载在闭环试验系统中的测控策略、控制时序、硬件软件设计、数据采集处理等问题,并对电力能量回馈循环利用的加载控制进行了充分的研究,实现了耐久试验节省电力消耗的目的。研究结果表明,测控系统效果良好,节能明显,完全满足试验的技术需要,安全可靠。 Introduces the application of measurement and control system of tractor front drive axle performance test-bed in the test,studies and analyzes the measurement and control strategy,control sequence,hardware and software design,data acquisition and processing in the closed-loop test system of full AC variable frequency drive and loading,and fully studies the loading control of power energy feedback recycling,achieve the purpose of saving power consumption in durability test.The research results show that the measurement and control system has good effect,obvious energy saving,fully meets the technical needs of the test,and is safe and reliable.
