摘要
电动巴哈赛车动力传动系统作为整车的动力源,其动力传递方式与减速器传动比设计尤为重要。在采用带传动的传递方式基础上,对电机、减速器、半轴等动力传递系统零部件进行设计,并对减速器齿轮进行强度分析,结果满足巴哈赛车比赛要求,为后期的赛车设计提供参考。
As the power source of the whole vehicle,the design of the power transmission mode and the transmission ratio are very important.Based on the transmission mode of belt drive,this paper designs the power system components such as motor,reducer and semi-shaft,and analyzes the strength of the gear of the reducer to meet the requirements of Baha racing,and provide reference for the later racing design.
