拖拉机提升器接油盆受力分析及改进

Stress Analysis and Improvement of Oil Receiving Basin of Tractor Lifter

对拖拉机不同结构的工作装置优劣点进行了简单描述,针对提升器接油盆使用过程中遇到的问题,利用SolidWorks软件对油盆的受力情况进行了有限元受力分析,并进行了改进。从改进后零部件的实际使用状态来看,与软件分析结果基本一致,验证了使用SolidWorks对零部件进行改进的有效性。

This paper briefly describes the advantages and disadvantages of working devices with different structures of tractors,and puts forward the practical problems encountered in the use of oil receiving basin structure.Aiming at the problems encountered in the use of the oil receiving basin of the elevator,the finite element stress analysis of the oil basin is carried out by using SolidWorks software,and relevant improvements are made.From the actual use state of the improved parts,it is basically consistent with the software analysis results,which verifies the effectiveness of using SolidWorks to improve the parts.
