低剂量沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的短期疗效研究

Short-term Efficacy of Low-dose Sacubitril-valsartan in the Treatment of Dilated Cardiomyopathy Heart Failure

目的 研究沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗老年扩张型心肌病致慢性心肌衰竭患者的临床效果。方法 该研究作者选择的100例研究对象均来源于2018年7月—2020年7月期间新乡市第一人民医院收治的老年扩张型心肌病致慢性心力衰竭患者,样本选择完毕后,按照随机数表法分组,分别为:观察组和对照组,各组由50例患者组成,对照组患者通过富马酸比索洛尔进行治疗,观察组患者通过沙库巴曲缬沙坦进行治疗,比较两组患者的血清学指标;MLHFQ评分、6 min步行距离;治疗总有效率。结果 观察组的临床总有效率为96.00%高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05);观察组患者的血清学指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 老年扩张型心肌病致慢性心力衰竭患者通过沙库巴曲缬沙坦进行治疗,能够有效改善患者的血清学指标、心功能,临床疗效确切,安全性高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of sacubitril-valsartan in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic myocardial failure caused by dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods The 100 subjects selected by the authors of this study were all from elderly patients with chronic heart failure caused by dilated cardiomyopathy who were admitted to the XinXiang City First People Hospital from July 2018 to July 2020.After the samples were selected,they were divided into groups according to the random number table method:observation group and control group,each group consisted of 50 patients.The patients in the control group were treated with bisoprolol fumarate,and the patients in the observation group were treated with sacubitril and valsartan.Serological indexes;MLHFQ score,6 min walking distance;total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00% higher than that of the control group,80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05).The serdogical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with chronic heart failure caused by dilated cardiomyopathy treated with sacubitril and valsartan can effectively improve the serological indexes and cardiac function of the patients.The clinical efficacy is definite,the safety is high.
