分析牙周病致前牙位移患者使用口腔正畸治疗的临床疗效

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Orthodontic Treatment in Patients with Anterior Tooth Displacement Caused by Periodontal Disease

目的 分析对由于牙周病导致前牙位移患者使用口腔正畸治疗的临床效果。方法 选择2017年2月—2021年11月该院收治的牙周病致前牙位移患者62例作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=31,采取牙周基础治疗方案)和研究组(n=31,采取口腔正畸治疗方案)。经过3个月的治疗后,比较两组患者血清中炎症因子水平、口腔健康情况以及对修复的满意度。结果 治疗后,研究组血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平分别为(1.43±0.85)ng/mL、(166.69±6.12)ng/L、(2.12±1.26)ng/mL,均优于对照组的(2.35±0.91)ng/mL、(196.17±7.03)ng/L、(4.25±1.03)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=4.114、17.610、7.287,P<0.05);研究组前牙覆盖距离、牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度分别为(2.13±0.35)、(1.89±0.31)、(4.52±0.66)mm,与对照组的(2.75±0.31)、(2.37±0.23)、(4.95±0.53)mm相比较改善明显,差异有统计学意义(t=7.383、6.924、2.828,P<0.05);研究组患者对修复后的满意度为96.77%,高于对照组的70.97%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.631,P<0.05)。结论 将口腔正畸治疗用于牙周病致牙位移患者中能降低患者血清中的炎症因子水平,减少患者的反复感染,改善患者的口腔健康,提高患者对治疗的满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment on patients with anterior tooth displacement due to periodontal disease.Methods A total of 62 patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the control group(n=31,taking the periodontal basic treatment plan) and the study group(n =31,taking the orthodontic treatment plan) by random number table method.After 3 months of treatment,the serum levels of inflammatory factors,oral health and satisfaction with repair were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-2 in the study group were(1.43±0.85) ng/mL,(166.69±6.12) ng/L,and(2.12±1.26) ng/mL,respectively.Compared with the control group(2.35±0.91) ng/mL,(196.17±7.03) ng/L and(4.25±1.03) ng/mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.114,17.610,7.287,P<0.05).The anterior tooth coverage distance,periodontal pocket depth,and alveolar bone height in the study group were(2.13±0.35)mm,(1.89±0.31)mm,(4.52±0.66) mm,respectively,compared with those in the control group(2.75±0.31)mm,(2.37±0.23)mm,(4.95±0.53) mm,the improvement was obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.383,6.924,2.828,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the study group after repair was 96.77%,which was higher than that in the control group 70.97%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.631,P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontal disease-induced tooth displacement can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the serum of patients,reduce the repeated infection of patients,improve the oral health of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients with treatment.
