摘要
世界卫生组织在2018年公布的《国际疾病分类第十一次修订本(ICD-11)》中对躯体化的诊断作了部分修正,该文通过对其修正做出解读,根据综合医院接诊和诊断现况,探讨ICD-11修订可能对综合医院躯体化疾病的诊断产生的影响。ICD-11的修正旨在更适合临床上的应用,或许为医生带来新的思考与视角,有望提高就诊于综合医院精神疾病患者的识别力,真正为患者做出全面的诊治,提高患者的诊疗质量。
The World Health Organization made some amendments to the diagnosis of somatization in the eleventh revision of the international classification of diseases(ICD-11) published in 2018.By interpreting its revision,this paper discusses the possible impact of the revision of ICD-11 on the diagnosis of somatic diseases in general hospitals according to the current status of admissions and diagnosis in general hospitals.The revision of ICD-11 aims to be more suitable for clinical application,which may bring new thinking and perspectives to doctors,and is expected to improve the recognition of mentally ill patients in general hospitals,really make a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for patients,improve the quality of patients’ diagnosis and treatment.
