雷贝拉唑联用伊托必利治疗糖尿病合并慢性胃炎的效果及并发症发生情况

Efficacy and Complications of Rabeprazole Combined with Etopride in the Treatment of Diabetes Complicated with Chronic Gastritis

目的探讨雷贝拉唑联用伊托必利治疗糖尿病合并慢性胃炎的效果及并发症发生情况。方法选取漳州正兴医院消化内科2018年5月—2021年5月收治的106例为糖尿病合并慢性胃炎患者为研究对象,结合患者治疗用药方案不同给予患者分组,每组53例,分别以研究组和对照组命名。研究组患者以雷贝拉唑结合伊托必利治疗,对照组采用常规奥美拉唑治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生率、血糖指标、生活质量评分、幽门螺杆菌清除率变化情况。结果研究组总有效率98.11%明显高于对照组的84.91%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组并发症总发生率为1.89%明显低于对照组15.09%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总清除率为98.11%明显高于对照组84.91%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并慢性胃炎患者治疗中应用联合治疗效果显著,可满足患者的治疗需求,故而可推广到临床。

Objective To investigate the effect and complications of rabeprazole combined with etopride in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 106 patients with diabetes and chronic gastritis admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.Combined with the different treatment and drug regimens,the patients were divided into groups,with 53 cases in each group,named after the study group and the control group.the study group was treated with rabeprazole combined with itopride,and the control group was treated with conventional omeprazole.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of complications,the changes of blood glucose indexes in quality of life score,the helicobacter pyloridearance between the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.11%,which was significantly higher than 84.91%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total incidence of complications in the study group was 1.89%,which was significantly lower than 15.09%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clearance rate in the study group was 98.11%,which was significantly higher than 84.91%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of combined therapy in the treatment of diabetic patients with chronic gastritis has a significant effect,which can meet the treatment needs of patients.Therefore,it can be extended to clinical practice.
