妊娠合并糖尿病患者使用地特胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Insulin Detemir Combined with Insulin Aspart in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究分析妊娠合并糖尿病患者采取地特胰岛素、门冬胰岛素联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取该院2020年6月—2021年6月收治的70例妊娠合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法划分为对照组和观察组,各35例,两组患者均应用常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上应用门冬胰岛素,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合应用地特胰岛素、门冬胰岛素进行治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果,评估指标包括血糖指标、妊娠结局、胰岛功能及临床有效率。结果两组临床治疗有效率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者胰岛功能、血糖指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组胰岛功能及血糖指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并糖尿病患者采取地特胰岛素+门冬胰岛素治疗不仅可以控制血糖水平,在改善胰岛功能方面也具有积极意义,有利于改善妊娠结局,可提升整体治疗效果,具有较高的安全性及有效率。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of combined therapy of insulin detemir and insulin aspart in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 70 cases patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with routine treatment,and the control group was treated with insulin aspart based on routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with insulin detemir and insulin aspart based on the routine treatment.Compared of clinical treatment effects between two groups.Evaluation indicators include blood glucose indicators,pregnancy outcomes,pancreatic islet function,and clinical response rates.Results Compared the effective rate of clinical treatment between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically statistical difference in islet function and blood glucose index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the islet function and blood glucose indexes in the observation group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin detemir+insulin aspart in gestational diabetes patients can not only control blood glucose level,but also have positive significance in improving pancreatic islet function.It is beneficial to improve pregnancy outcomes,can improve the overall treatment effect,and has high safety and efficiency.
