利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍对糖尿病治疗的药学分析

Pharmacological Analysis of Liraglutide Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Diabetes

目的评估利拉鲁肽+二甲双胍对糖尿病(DM)患者的效果及药学作用。方法选取2020年4月—2021年4月收治的86例DM患者,按照随机方式分为对照组(43例,仅口服二甲双胍)和观察组(43例,在对照组基础上加用利拉鲁肽),评价组间胰岛β细胞功能、血糖相关指标、简易体脂相关参数、微炎症状态指标、治疗总有效率。结果治疗3个月后,观察组胰岛β细胞功能、血糖相关指标、简易体脂相关参数、微炎症状态指标更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(93.02%)高于对照组(74.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利拉鲁肽+二甲双胍能够降低DM患者血糖水平,改善胰岛β细胞功能、体脂相关参数、微炎症状态,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and pharmacological effects of liraglutide+metformin on patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods 86 DM patients from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected.They were randomly divide into the control group(43 cases,only metformin was taken orally)and observation group(43 cases,and liraglutide was added on the basis of the control group).The isletβ-cell function,blood glucose-related indicators,simple body fat-related parameters,micro-inflammatory state indicators,and total treatment efficiency were evaluated between groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the isletβ-cell function,blood glucose-related indicators,simple body fat-related parameters,and micro-inflammatory state indicators in the observation group were better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(93.02%)was higher than the control group(74.42%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liraglutide+metformin can reduce blood glucose levels in patients with DM,improve isletβ-cell function,body fat-related parameters,and micro-inflammatory state,with significant curative effects,which is worth promoting.
