人文护理对糖尿病合并鼻咽癌放疗患者的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Humanistic Nursing on Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Radiotherapy

目的探讨糖尿病合并鼻咽癌患者放射治疗中应用人文护理的护理效果。方法选择该院2019年1月—2021年4月收治的68例糖尿病合并鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,均应用放射治疗,并随机分为研究组与对照组,各34例;分别给予人文护理与常规护理。对比两组患者的血糖变化、情绪变化、护理总满意度。结果护理后研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白分别为(6.17±2.03)mmol/L、(9.13±1.37)mmol/L、(6.20±0.87)%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.516、2.860、2.147,P<0.05)。研究组的SAS评分、SDS评分分别为(30.3±2.8)分、(32.3±4.1)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.407、5.634,P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度为94.12%,优于对照组的73.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.314,P<0.05)。结论为糖尿病合并鼻咽癌放疗患者提供人文护理,可以改善患者的血糖水平和情绪状态,并提升患者的护理满意度,可见人文护理在糖尿病合并鼻咽癌放疗患者中的应用效果较好。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of humanistic nursing in radiotherapy for diabetic patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods A total of 68 patients with diabetes and nasopharyngeal carcinoma from January 2019 to April 2021 in this hospital were selected as the research objects,all of whom were treated with radiotherapy,and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,34 patients in each,and was given humanistic nursing and routine nursing,respectively,and the blood sugar changes,emotional changes,and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin of the patients in the study group were(6.17±2.03)mmol/L,(9.13±1.37)mmol/L,and(6.20±0.87)%,which were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.516,2.860,2.147,P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the study group were(30.3±2.8)points and(32.3±4.1)points,respectively,which were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.407,5.634,P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 94.12%,which was higher than that of the control group 73.53%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.314,P<0.05).Conclusion Providing humanistic nursing for diabetic patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy can improve the blood glucose level and emotional state of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.It can be seen that the application effect of humanistic nursing in patients with diabetes and nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy is better.
