循证护理干预对糖尿病合并消化性溃疡患者的影响

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的分析糖尿病伴消化性溃疡患者开展循证护理的作用。方法选择该院2019年11月—2020年11月收治的88例糖尿病伴消化性溃疡患者为研究对象。依据随机抽签法将所有患者划分成常规组(44例)以及观察组(44例),予以常规组患者基础护理,予以观察组患者循证护理。对比护理前以及护理6个月后两组患者自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)得分、血糖水平、用药依从性得分。结果护理6个月后观察组患者SDSCA得分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理6个月后观察组患者餐后2 h血糖及空腹血糖水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理6个月后观察组患者用药依从性得分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病伴消化性溃疡患者开展循证护理,能够提升自护行为以及用药依从性,降低血糖水平,发挥一定干预作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in diabetic patients with peptic ulcer.Methods 88 patients with diabetes and peptic ulcer who were admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into a routine group(44 cases)and an observation group(44 cases)according to the random drawing method.The patients in the routine group were given basic care,and the patients in the observation group were given evidence-based care.The scores of self-management rehavior scale(SDSCA),blood glucose level and medication compliance scores of each group were compared before and after 6 months of nursing.Results After 6 months of nursing,the SDSCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of nursing,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of nursing,the medication compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for diabetic patients with peptic ulcer can improve self-care behavior and medication compliance,reduce blood glucose level,and play a certain role in intervention.
