益气清热通脉方治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Yiqi Qingre Tongmai Recipe in the Treatment of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的研究益气清热通脉方治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取2017年10月—2019年10月该院收治的96例气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例),对照组患者使用依帕司他治疗,观察组患者采用益气清热通脉方治疗,观察治疗效果。结果治疗后,对照组的TCSS评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组FPG、2 hPG与HbA1c均更低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组神经传导速度更快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,通过益气清热通脉方治疗,可以降低血糖水平,提高临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Yiqi Qingre Tongmai Recipe on diabetic peripheral neuropathy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 96 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type who were admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group(48 cases)and observation group(48 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with epalrestat,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Yiqi Qingre Tongmai Decoction.Observed the treatment effect.Results After treatment,the TCSS score of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the nerve conduction velocity in the observation group was faster,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,the treatment of Yiqi Qingre Tongmai Recipe can reduce the level of blood glucose and improve clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
