摘要
针对某石化企业炼油单元各装置仪表自控率普遍较低的问题,该文对影响自控率的各种因素进行详细分析,进而提出有针对性的提升措施。通过采用PID参数再整定、改变控制方式、完善控制方案等手段,同时根据各装置实际情况制定特定的自控率提升方案并实施,使各装置自控率水平显著提升,提升了装置整体运行的安全性、稳定性、经济性,为最终实现装置“全流程自动”、“一键操作”打下坚实基础。
Aiming at the problem that the instrument automatic control rate of each unit in the refining department of the refinery is generally low,this paper investigates the current situation of various factors affecting the automatic control rate,analyzes the reasons for the low instrument automatic control rate in detail,and then puts forward targeted improvement measures such as adopting PID parameter reset,changing control mode,and perfecting control scheme.According to the actual situation of each unit,a specific improvement scheme for automatic control rate is formulated and implemented to significantly improve the automatic control rate of each unit,so as to improve the safety,stability and economy of the overall operation of the units,and lay a solid foundation for the final realization of"whole process automation"and"one key operation"for the units.
