摘要
该文采用层次分析法,从法律法规相符性、危险废物属性及防控措施完善性三个维度,设计专项检查表,建立炼化企业危险废物贮存风险评估指标体系,应用该指标体系评价国内某炼化企业危废贮存风险。评价结果表明:企业危险废物合规性管理水平较高,但贮存环节防控措施存在不足,综合评价为二级风险。
An evaluation method for safety risk of hazardous waste storage is established,based on the interpretation of regulations,the properties of hazardous waste,and the effectiveness of control measures.This method includes specific rules of index systems,calculation method and risk classification.A hazardous waste storage of a domestic refining/chemical enterprise is evaluated by this method,and the results are level II risk,which shows that the standard compliance management is in the low level of risk,and the prevention and control measures need improvement.
