摘要
通过多种手段对广西某钨锡矿矿石进行系统的工艺矿物学研究,研究内容包括矿石的组分、矿物种类及含量、主要矿物粒度分布和产出特征等几方面。研究结果表明该矿石中有益组分主要为W和Sn,其次为Cu,Zn,Bi和Ag,有害组分为As;矿物种类多,主要矿物为黑钨矿、白钨矿、锡石和毒砂,工艺粒度均较粗大,矿物之间的嵌布关系较密切。研究表明,该矿矿石组成复杂,矿物种类多,矿物之间比重差异小,毒砂含量高,矿物之间嵌布关系密切等是影响钨锡回收和硫化尾矿中砷含量超标的主要因素。
Mineralogical study on the wolfram-stannum ore originated from Guangxi is carried out by multiple methods.The features of mineral such as the ore composition,the grain size of wolfram mineral,stannum mineral and other main mineral,the embedded features of the main minerals,the occurrence state of wolfram and stannum have been determined.The results show that the main beneficial components of the ore are W and Sn,followed by Cu,Zn,Bi and Ag,and the harmful component is As.There are many kinds of minerals,the main minerals are wolframite scheelite cassiterite and arsenopyrite.The process particle size is coarse,and the relation between the minerals is close.After full appraisal,the results of the research led us to the conclusion that the ore composi‐tion is complex with many species of minerals,the proportion difference between minerals is small,the arsenopyrite content is high,the mineral interlay relation is close,etc.
