加压浸出铅冰铜中有价金属的分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用加压浸出铅冰铜,通过控制浸出液的酸度、反应温度、反应过程釜压和反应时间等工艺条件,在铜浸出进入溶液的同时,使金、银、铟富集进入渣中,而铁、锑发生水解沉淀进入渣中。加压浸出达到浸出铜,富集金、银、铟,净化除铁、锑的作用,浸出液可直接进行电积工序进行电积脱铜。通过加压浸出,浸出渣率在65%~70%,浸出渣含铜3%以下。由于锌、镉能被浸出,因此需定期外排部分溶液,保证溶液中锌、镉的浓度在合理的范围。 Lead matte is leached under pressure.By controlling the acidity of the leaching solution,reaction temperature,reactor pressure and reaction time,while copper is leached into the solution,gold,silver and indium are enriched into the slag,while iron and antimony are hydrolyzed and precipitated into the slag.Pressure leaching can leach copper,enrich gold,silver and indium,pu‐rify and remove iron and ladder.The leaching solution can be directly carried out in the electrodeposition process for electrodeposi‐tion and copper removal.Through pressure leaching,the leaching residue rate is 65%~70%,and the leaching residue contains less than 3%copper.Since zinc and cadmium can be leached,it is necessary to regularly discharge part of the solution to ensure that the concentration of zinc and cadmium in the solution is within a reasonable range.
