摘要
在城市的发展中,城市更新是推动城市发展的转折点,是对现有城市结构中不协调部分的思考,是对老旧场地进行的改造和扩建,其前提条件是需要有计划地进行。在新时期下,我国的工业进行了转型和升级,而在升级过程中,很多相对老旧的工业区内的厂房由于布局、结构的混乱,无法与城市发展进行匹配,所以被城市发展所抛弃,造成了空间的浪费。本文以北京市西城区广外南街63号院厂房改造为例,对老旧厂房改造空间再生与设计的相关策略进行分析,将老旧工业区重新规划和设计,起到了增加空间活力的重要作用,证明了应将“空间再生”的概念引用到城市更新建设中,从而进一步促使工业遗产的改造和有效利用。
In urban development,urban renewal is a turning point to promote urban development,a reflection on the uncoordinated part of the existing urban structure,and the transformation and expansion of old sites,the premise is that it needs to be carried out in a planned way.In the new era,China’s industry has been transformed and upgraded.In the process of upgrading,many factories in relatively old industrial areas cannot match urban development due to the confusion of layout and structure,so they are abandoned by urban development,resulting in a waste of space.Taking the plant reconstruction of No.63 Courtyard,Guangwai South Street,Xicheng District,Beijing as an example,this paper analyzes the relevant strategies of space regeneration and design in the reconstruction of old plants,reprogrammes and designs the old industrial zone,which plays an important role in increasing the vitality of space,and proves that the concept of“space regeneration”should be introduced into the construction of urban renewal,so as to further promote the transformation and effective utilization of industrial heritage.
