摘要
目的分析生物电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍对盆底肌力水平的影响。方法经随机抽签方式将该院2019年6月—2021年6月期间治疗的产后盆底功能障碍患者76例分为研究组和参照组,各38例。参照组通过单纯生物电刺激治疗,研究组电刺激联合生物反馈治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率(94.74%)显著高于参照组(76.31%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.208,P=0.022)。治疗后,研究组盆底肌力改善优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.753,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组性功能评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.871、6.793、11.268、6.264,P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的生活质量较参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(t=10.981,9.332、9.653、8.640、10.029、9.587,P<0.05)。结论产后盆底功能障碍行生物电刺激治疗效果理想,不仅可将盆底肌力显著增强,同时可改善性功能,生活质量显著提升,具有较高的可行性。
Objective To analyze the effect of bioelectrical stimulation for patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction on the level of pelvic floor muscle strength.Methods 76 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction treated in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were divided into the study group and the reference group by random draw,with 38 patients in each group.The reference group were treated with bioelectrical stimulation only.The study group were treated with electric stimulation combined with biofeedback.The treatment effect of two group were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group(94.74%)was significantly higher than that of the reference group(76.31%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.208,P=0.022).The improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength of the study group after treatment was better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=4.753,P<0.05).The sexual function scores of the study group after treatment was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.871,6.793,11.268,6.264,P<0.05).The quality of life of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.981,9.332,9.653,8.640,10.029,9.587,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of bioelectric stimulation for postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction is ideal.It can not only significantly enhance pelvic floor muscle strength,but also improve sexual function and improve the quality of life.It has high feasibility.
